Problems with Songbook Mac 2.0.1.0

Hi,

I have purchased a household license of SongBook Mac along with a license for the Ipod Touch. I have found the following problems with Songbook Mac:

Powerbook Pro 17" OSX 10.5 -> No Problem at all! Everything works fine!

MacPro 8core (first series) OSX 10.6.2:

Problem 1
Songbook does not recognize DEVICES. CD's are not recognized -> ripping is not possible. I did deactivate in the CD&DVD control panel the autostart function for Itunes to no action and also tried autostart SongBook -> no change.

Problem 2
When I open the preferences of Soundbook and click on Advanced the preference turns grey -> no text or boxes are shown and I cannot close the preference window or select another Icon. Only quitting and restarting the program helps to correct it.

Has anybody similar problems? Did I miss something? Are these known problems?

A small update -> I just downloaded the development version 2.0.2, Now the devices are found.

Yes, sometimes all it takes is an update. Took me a while to figure that out on my own. I just stumbled upon this and felt like i could relate.

I have a problem where my device gets recognized at one time and then a few hours later it cant find it anymore!
I struggle with this. and it seems that it works again after a few hours of having my machine off.
any advise? got the latest build.
